Whatever event you are planning, we can satisfy your every need. The Statler Hotel is host to hundreds of conferences and special events each year. Our staff of Meeting Professionals will be happy to assist you with information and planning.

Conference Facilities

The center has an 87-seat amphitheater featuring high-speed Internet access and microphones at each seat. Two 40-inch plasma screen monitors, a large screen LCD projection, a computer with wireless keyboard and the full range of portable media players make this an ideal space for presentations.

Seven breakout rooms each provide seating for 30-150 guests. Each room is equipped with the best in audio-video technology. Leather conference chairs are available in select rooms.

The Carrier Grand Ballroom

The ballroom is the venue for more elegant occasions, with seating up to 300. The ballroom has classroom seating for up to 150 and offers the full range of presentation capabilities.

Five additional banquet rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings.

The Alice Statler Auditorium

The auditorium has theatre-style seating for up to 700 people. The auditorium atrium can accommodates up to 100 guests for a reception. An expansive stage and latest technology give guests an ideal platform to deliver dynamic presentations.
