Staler is the most welcoming hotel we've ever been to! No wonder hotelies are so successful. You are the epitome of customer service! I love the renovations. Everything is great. Again, the attention of the students/staff is perfect. Always helpful, but never "in your face". They really understand how to treat a guest.

I enjoy chatting with the student staff and find them to be friendly and professional. The bed is absolutely incredible. I wish that I could have an exact replica at home. Very accommodating and friendly at Taverna Banfi. I was looking to get in and out and they accomplished that. Rarely have I ever seen such an upbeat group from the parking valets all the way thru and all the way back to the valets @ departure. My compliments. Fantastic experience.
