Special Event Reservations

Certain periods at the Statler Hotel are designated special-event weekends by the university. We recommend that you book well in advance for these high-demand periods. Please note that these weekends require a minimum night stay. Any cancellations need to be made 30 days in advance.

Special-event weekends include: Freshman Orientation, Homecoming weekend, Family weekend, Ithaca College Family weekend, Law School graduation/Ithaca College Graduation weekend and Cornell University Graduation weekend.

During Cornell University Graduation weekend, The Statler is the host hotel for University-related groups. Unfortunately, no rooms are available for the general public.

During Cornell Reunion weekend, The Statler Hotel is the host hotel for specific reunion classes. All reservation inquiries need to be made through the Reunion Office. The Reunion office coordinates all reservations at the Statler for the approved reunion classes, or will assist with accommodations elsewhere. The Reunion office may be reached at 607-255-7085.
