The Statler Hotel: Supporting the teaching mission

A select group of students participate in the Statler Leadership Development Program at the Hotel. Serving in part-time, paid positions, they interact with other hotel employees and guests, putting their classroom learning to practical use. Students work through a series of challenging positions, gaining knowledge, technical skills, and managerial proficiency along a chosen career track. Some rise into management positions, furthering preparing them for career success.

The School and Hotel are an integrated whole, creating a distinctive educational experience for our students and delivering a unique brand of hospitality for our guests.
